Join us guests at the new Margaritaville Beach Resort! We are seeking professional, engaging individuals to join our hotel operations team. The Front Desk Agent has a pivotal position as we welcome new and returning guests.

Key Responsibilities include:

Guest Welcome:

• Warmly greet guests upon their arrival, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to ensure a positive first impression.

Check-In and Check-Out:

• Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs, processing necessary paperwork and ensuring accurate billing information.

Front Desk Services:

• Provide attentive and professional front desk services to guests, including answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and assisting with requests promptly and courteously.

Room Assignment:

• Assign rooms to guests based on their preferences, availability, and special requests, ensuring a smooth and seamless check-in process.

Administrative Duties:

• Perform various administrative tasks, such as managing room inventory, updating guest records, and handling reservations, to maintain organized front desk operations.

Mail and Messages:

• Receive and distribute mail and messages for guests, ensuring timely delivery and accurate communication.

Payment Processing:

• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment in compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

Coordination and Communication:

• Coordinate with bell service and other staff members to facilitate guest services and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Information Resource:

• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for guests, providing information and recommendations on local transportation, dining options, attractions, and other amenities to enhance their experience.

Food and Beverage Requests:

• Process guest requests for meals and beverages, including room service orders, ensuring prompt delivery and adherence to guest preferences.

Special Requests:

• Accommodate general and unique guest requests with professionalism and attention to detail, striving to exceed guest expectations and enhance their overall experience.

What you will bring:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Certificate or diploma in hospitality advantageous.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Conflict resolution experience.
• Patience and good listening skills.
