Margaritaville Capitola is hiring restaurant support--greeters and bussers! A successful candidate will be friendly and outgoing, and will thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, teamwork based work environment. Job Description:
· Part-time, including weekends and holidays. Minimum of 3 shifts/ week.
· Compensation: $16.50 tips
· Support the restaurant to ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive and friendly service at all times
· Show a high level of awareness of both guests and employees
· Ability to uphold company standards of service. This includes adhering to house policies, procedures, standards, and training programs
· Highly engaged with a strong ability to multi-task
· Excellent communication skills with staff, management team, and guests
· Able to work and lead in a team environment while contributing to teamwork and positive employee morale
· Highly energetic with a positive and supportive attitude.
· Enjoys being coached and is able to stay motivated during both busy and slow times
