We are seeking an experienced Residential and Service Operational Manager to oversee our daily business operations and drive the company's efficiency and success. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker must have estimation experience with a strong background in profit loss management, process improvement, and leadership skills.

We are looking for a licensed plumbing qualifier to work as an operational manager in the Palm Beach and Broward counties in Florida. The company has a long history with their employees who never changed their employment and specialising in high end residential plumbing and extending commercial and service plumbing too. There is expansion and growing opportunities and service experience it would be an enormous big advantage.

## Qualifications

- License qualifier

- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
