Logistics Coordinator
We are a family-owned winery looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As the Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing inventory and coordinating the transportation, distribution, and delivery of our wines to customers, retailers, and distributors. You will work closely with both internal teams and external partners to optimize logistics processes. We are a small, but growing winery so the ability to adapt to changes is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate weekly depletion reports on core wines for the sales team.
- Conduct monthly inventory variance analysis across all locations
- Create BOLs (Bills of Lading) and update inventory
- Track and produce monthly and quarterly inventory reports
- Track samples pulled from winery inventory
- Manage all incoming and outgoing inventory across multiple storage locations.
- Manage CHEP pallet inventory
- Verify and complete bottling reports
- Pull and pack orders of samples for clients as needed
- Oversee general administrative tasks as needed
- Create and print shipping labels
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in inventory management, logistics, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills required. Proficiency in inventory management software is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with multiple departments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
