This role offers hands-on experience with all aspects of winemaking, from fruit processing to fermentation and beyond. As a Cellar Intern, you'll work side-by-side with experienced winemakers in a dynamic environment. You'll be involved in cap management, inoculations, monitoring fermentation progress, sampling and analyzing wine, assisting with topping and wine movements, and performing thorough cleaning tasks.
