Job Summary

Margle is growing and is looking for an experienced Sr. Account Manager to join our team. As a key player in our team, you’ll own client relationships, manage exciting digital, sponsored, and organic social campaigns, and have the freedom to push the boundaries with fresh, innovative ideas. You will manage all aspects of marketing programs including the development, execution, evaluation, and management of your assigned client base. Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for assigned client(s) to ensure long-term success and client satisfaction.
- Oversee client budgets, timelines, and project execution to ensure deliverables are met, KPIs are achieved or efforts are adjusted as needed to drive success.
- Lead and manage Margle’s digital marketing projects, with a focus on organic and paid social strategies, influencer partnerships, and overall campaign execution.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including Digital, Creative, and Sales to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign initiatives that meet client goals. Help lead strategy development for new client digital marketing initiatives, including conducting in-depth research, ideating and crafting tailored strategies, and presenting compelling recommendations to clients to drive alignment and success.
- Analyze and present performance reports on digital marketing programs, including insights on organic and paid social, and influencer performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot digital marketing challenges, proactively consulting with senior management to ensure smooth campaign execution and resolution of issues.
- Assist with new business account assignments and structuring digital marketing programs for prospective clients.
Experience and Education
- 5 Years of relevant experience, agency-experience preferred
- 2-3 Years of Social Media Experience Preferred
- Influencer Management Experience Preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or related Marketing Background
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Digital marketing expertise: organic social, paid social, and influencer marketing.
- Excellent time-management, organizational, and management skills.
- Effective problem-solving skills, ability to perform independently.
- Adaptability to manage multiple clients, vendors, and internal teams both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to develop and express ideas, concepts and plans.
- Keen understanding of conflict resolution and de-escalation.
- Ability to work as part of a team and a willingness to assist on other company initiatives as needed or requested.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Suite, G Suite and various web-based project management tools.
- Familiarity with best practices for marketing in the social and digital space.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Workdays will require flexibility and a sense of urgency to meet client’s needs. This is an in-person position, but we remain open to remote work for the right candidate.
Physical Demands
This position will require an employee to be able to be sedentary for long periods of time in an environment with the noise level of an average office.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
