Margolis Companies, a family owned and operated company, is looking for experienced individuals for the upcoming winter season for the following positions:
Snow Plow Drivers
Loader Operators
Sidewalk Crew Leaders and Shovelers (No experience needed for shovelers)
Salt Truck Drivers
Our snow removal team is expected to:
- be on call 24/7 (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
- availability/endurance to work extended periods of time (length of shifts vary on snow storm)
- work in variable conditions, such as extreme cold, snow, sleet, and darkness
- be hard working, professional, and dependable individuals
- reliable transportation to work
- adherence to all company policies
- pay rate starting at $25/hour
- PPE for every employee
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
