**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced and reliable independent contractor to provide pet sitting and dog walking services for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals, experience handling dogs over 50 pounds, and the ability to care for a variety of pets.
**Responsibilities:**
- Walk and exercise dogs (50 pounds) in a safe manner
- Feed and provide fresh water for pets according to client instructions
- Administer medications if needed, following client guidelines
- Provide companionship and playtime for pets
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for all pets in your care
- Communicate regularly with pet owners about their pets’ well-being
- Complete daily pet care duties as scheduled
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in pet care, dog walking, or related fields preferred
- Must be comfortable handling large dog breeds
- Reliable transportation to travel between clients
- Must be available for flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple pets and prioritize tasks
- Must have smart phone
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Can pass a background check
