Job Title:
The Intake Non-RN Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intake Non-RN Coordinator to join our team at Maria Parham Health. This role will coordinate the referral development and pre-admission patient assessment process, and provide clinical assessments for potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains appropriate ethical and clinical boundaries with clients, family members, and other staff members.
- Complies with state and federal confidentiality laws, as well as upholds MPH confidentiality policies and procedures.
- Represents the Program at public and private outreach events.
- Attends Unit and Hospital meetings as directed.
- Utilizes data to complete program's key statistical reports and generates reports as needed.
- Provides information about the Program's treatment program in response to community requests.
- Assists in submission of reports and requests for documents from regulatory agencies.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent education and work experience, or obtain within 24 months of hire.
- Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in behavioral health, psychology, social work, counseling, or other related field is preferred.
- Licensed RN, LPC, or LMSW required.

Salary:
$55,000 - $65,000 per year
Work Environment:
Located in Henderson, NC, with access to outdoor activities such as boating, fishing, water skiing, and camping.
