Job Requirements

Required Certifications : AHA BLS, Registered Nurse, Compact state, CCM / ACM preferred

Years of Experience : 5

Must Have Skills / Experience : Utilization Management, Utilization Review (InterQual), Discharge Planning, insurance, acute hospital case management experience, recent traveler dyad case management experience

Required Education : associate’s degree, Bachelor of Nursing preferred

Schedule Information

Shift : Friday-Monday, 10 hr shifts

Weekly Guaranteed Hours : 40

Weekend Hours : Every Weekend

Call Requirements : None

Common Diagnosis / Treatment : CHF, Sepsis, COPD, Pneumonia, UTI, CVA, Acute Renal Failure
