Certification Details BLS California License Job Details A hospital in California is looking for an experienced PTA for a travel contract. The right candidate will have 2 full years of experience. Job Requirements Hold an active BLS certification. Hold a California License. Must have experience with Oasis (gov't mandated form). Must have one year experience working PT / OT / Sp. Schedule Information Weekend Requirement : every 3rd weekend. Holidays : minor holidays, major only if needed. Shifts : flexible, majority of work hours are M-F 8am-5pm. Unit Specific Information Rehab Aides / OTA / PTA : yes - usually will be perm staff though. Floor specific orientation : 1.5-2 weeks. Additional Details This is a home health position. Unit : PT, OT, Speech - Marian & Arroyo Grande (home based care). Common diagnosis / Types of patients : PT / OT - ortho, strokes, ortho, joints, spinal injuries speech - anything.
