Responsibilities and Duties Ability to maintain strong relationships with highly satisfied clients to ensure longevity of client baseGenerate ideas, estimates, propose sell value added enhancement projects to better improve the function and aesthetics of your clients' propertiesWork closely with Maintenance Manager to coordinate a diverse mix of maintenance and enhancement work within your portfolioProcure materials and supplies for your crews and clients as necessaryQuality control and site visits to identify landscape needs and issues for all work in assigned portfolioPrepare site plans, master plans, specifications and cost estimatesInspect landscape work to ensure that it adheres to original plansSupervise and manage, when necessary, implementation by construction crews and subcontractorsNegotiate contracts with clients, vendors and subcontractorsJob Requirements Exceptional level of detail with a willingness to learn and blend with a division high on culture and teamMinimum 3 years of experience with estate gardening, landscape design, and client interactionCustomer Service oriented and drive to maintain a portfolio of highly satisfied customersStrong written and oral communication skillsHigh level of professionalism and the ability to represent the Back to Nature brand within the company and in the public eyePreferred degree in Plant Science, Horticulture, Arboriculture, Soil Science, Landscape Contracting, Forestry, Turf, Biology, Plant Pathology, or equivalent field experienceComputer proficiency and ability to learn and utilize programs as necessaryDriver's License (required)The Perks 401(k) plan with company matchMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceFSA / HSAPerkSpotLong-Term Disability and Life InsurancePaid time OffTuition Reimbursement (after one year of service)Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
