Job Description:
Rocky Mountain Custom Landscapes (RMCL) is looking for a skilled Patio, Retaining Wall and Masonry Foreman
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- No current or pending legal issues.
- 1-3 years of direct experience in hardscaping and masonry.
- Ability to read and understand site plans.
- Experience in driving and operating dump trucks and towing trailers.
- Able to understand and efficiently execute a project with minimal on-site supervision.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Able to operate equipment such as a demo saw, plate compactor, and read measuring tapes.
- Must arrive to work on time with clean and proper work attire.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs or more on a regular basis.
- Experience with installing, paver and natural stone patios, retaining wall systems, drainage landscaping lighting, irrigation, plants and general landscape practices.
Highly Qualified Candidates:
- Will have 1-3 years of experience as a crew lead and/or foreman running one or more 2-4-man crews.
- More than 3 years of direct experience in hardscapes and masonry.
- ICPI Certified Paver/Retaining Wall Installer.
- Ability to sell/up-sell to clients while working on site.
- Thorough understanding and experience measuring and marking out job sites, determining elevation, and calculating material needs.
- Experience with installing landscaping lighting, irrigation, plants, and general landscape practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues as they arise.
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
