Key Responsibilities
As a Softscape Crew Member, you will be responsible for installing high-quality landscape projects, including preparing and grading lawn areas and planting beds. You will also operate manual and power equipment, such as mulching, fertilizing, watering plant materials, and digging trenches as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent time management abilities. You should also have knowledge and experience with plant materials and proper planting practices, as well as the ability to read and accurately interpret landscape plans for installations. Additionally, you must have a valid driver's license and CDL (if required), as well as safety training in CPR/First Aid and a safety program.
Physical Requirements
This position requires strength, stamina, and mobility to perform heavy physical work in all weather conditions. You must also be physically agile to access all areas of properties and construction sites, and be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 100 pounds.
