Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate project timelines and schedules
- Oversee and manage teams to achieve project objectives
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct site assessments, plan work sequences, and estimate material requirements
- Develop and implement solutions to resolve issues that may arise during projects
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and materials used
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of direct experience in hardscaping and masonry
- Ability to read and understand site plans
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- No current or pending legal issues
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
