We are seeking landscape professionals who have a passion for plant health care to join our team and deliver outstanding service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install high-quality landscape projects, including preparing and grading lawn areas and planting beds.
- Plant plants, shrubs, trees, and lawn areas using manual and/or power-operated machines, including mulching, fertilizing, watering, and digging trenches as needed.
- Operate machinery safely and maintain equipment daily, checking fluid levels and refilling when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills, with strict punctuality policies enforced.
- Knowledge and experience in plant materials and proper planting practices.
- Able to read and accurately interpret landscape plans for installations.
- Hold a valid Hoisting/Hydraulics license and possess a valid Driver's License, CDL preferred.
- Completed CPR/First Aid and Safety Program training.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, good listening, and communication skills.
- Proficient in layout, grading, and multi-tasking, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform heavy physical work in all weather conditions, with strength, stamina, and mobility.
- Physical agility required to access all areas of properties and construction sites.
- Assist in manual labor and lift/move objects weighing up to 100 pounds frequently.
