Key Responsibilities (Top 5-6)
- Analyze business processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement
- Gather and assess requirements from stakeholders to define project scopes (LSS, Stage Gate, Sales Initiatives, etc.)
- Develop and document solution specifications and SOPs, ensuring alignment with SF objectives
- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions
- Develop training materials and programs to support the implementation of new solutions
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform solution development
- BA or BS in Business Management, or other business related field
- 5 years of experience in a business solutions, project management, or process improvement role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and proficient in all forms of communication with either language
- Ability to travel quarterly to MSC plant in Mexico
- LSS experience, or similar continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Experience in training and development is a plus
- 5 years of ERP experience; preferably NetSuite operation and implementations
