Key Responsibilities
- Assists in company cost rolls and budgeting processes
- Ensure accuracy of assigned related accounts by performing regular reconciliations
- Prepares bi-weekly variance reports and validates against general ledger for accuracy
- Oversee the physical inventory process and perform inventory reconciliation entries
- Work with receiving stations on collecting daily incoming load and outgoing lot reports
- Reconcile fruit pounds at freezers
- Provide other support as needed within the department
- Associate’s degree in accounting or finance
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Strong communication skills to effectively present findings to management
- Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards
