Job Opportunity: Bag Line Supervisor - 2nd shift

Hours: 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm Monday – Friday with occasional extra hours and weekends based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include training, planning, assigning, and directing the bag line.
• Will oversee approximately 10 employees directly.
• Ensures line staffing is scheduled properly and arranges for replacements if needed.
• Works with the quality assurance department to ensure food safety.
• Recommends corrective action when necessary, based on employee performance and an employee’s ability to perform the duties of the job.
• Responsible for employee evaluations and administering disciplinary action as necessary

Position Requirements:

• Goal oriented with a genuine interest in meeting short-term and long-term goals.
• Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects and responsibilities at the same time.
• Self-starter with the motivation to succeed in a growing business.
• Proven organizational and time management skills
• An attention to detail with excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Mechanical and electrical trouble shooting fundamentals
