• Responsible for self-motivation and have the ability to perform tasks independently.
• Ensures product meets all product specifications.
• Accurately fill out all paperwork on time as needed. This includes CCPs, CIP logs, hourly checks, etc. Ensure that we are following our HACCP plan and meeting all CCP requirements.
• Responsible for ensuring safe working conditions and safe work practices in assigned area, including written procedures for safe handling and use of chemical compounds.
• Knows and follows Lock – out / Tag – out, HACCP, and Company good manufacturing practices (GMPs)

• Must be able to stand for extended periods, walking, climbing, bending, reaching, stooping.
• Must be able to work regularly scheduled and unscheduled overtime.
• Completes records as necessary.
• Must be able to stand for up to 12 hours a shift.
• Must be able to ascend and descend ladders, scaffolds, stairs, and work on top of dryers.
