Key Responsibilities

• Directly handle all finite production scheduling for Vacaville Operations (Mainline, Cut Fruit, Ingredients, Prune Processing and Bag Line schedules)

• Proactively facilitating best practices and consensus between functional experts (Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Purchasing, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Finance, and IT)
• Reviews Open Orders and forecasts for scheduling, daily production attainment to ensure orders are produced on time to meet customer requirements
• Review fruit needs for Cut Fruit and Prune Processing and requests fruit from Marysville as needed based on requirements to complete upcoming production
• Provide daily material and fruit needs for bag line to the receiving department lead
• Work in conjunction with Supply Chain team on the Short Report process - provide daily status updates for product needed to fulfill customer orders

Position Requirements:

• Strong analytical abilities demonstrating extreme accuracy and attention to detail
• Extensive experience with MS Suite, Excel spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities
• Good written and verbal communication, team building and cross functionality skills
• Ability to work in fast paced production environment
• Time management skills / self-motivated worker
• Experience with NetSuite preferred
• 3 years related experience and/or 4-year college degree (business, management, food science or another field relevant to production/planning/food manufacturing)
