Job Overview
Back to Nature is an ecologically inspired luxury landscape architecture / construction firm in New Jersey seeking a talented Annual Color and Décor Associate to join our team. The Annual Color and Décor Associate will work with the Director of Color and Décor on annual color, container, seasonal décor, floral and client event projects. Thorough knowledge of plant identification and proper handling and maintenance of all landscape equipment is a must. This person must have the ability to professionally interface with clients on behalf of the company and maintain a professional and positive attitude.
Responsibilities and Duties
Work closely with Director of Annual Color and Décor to complete enhancement projects that better improve the function and aesthetics of client’s properties
Install seasonal planters and décor that reflect the clients chosen themes and colors
Organize and maintain live plant material, and décor for future installations
Complete job reports and provide photos with high accuracy
Work quickly and efficiently to maximize productivity on job sites
Provide excellent customer service to maintain the longevity of our client base
Job Requirements
Ability to design and install custom containers, annual and décor enhancements
Floral design experience a plus
Plant id knowledge
Drivers license
