Job Overview
Back to Nature is an ecologically inspired luxury landscape architecture/construction firm in New Jersey seeking a talented Landscape Account Manager also known as a Client Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities and Duties
Ability to maintain strong relationships with highly satisfied clients to ensure longevity of client base
Generate ideas, estimates, propose sell value added enhancement projects to better improve the function and aesthetics of your clients' properties
Work closely with Maintenance Manager to coordinate a diverse mix of maintenance and enhancement work within your portfolio
Procure materials and supplies for your crews and clients as necessary
Quality control and site visits to identify landscape needs and issues for all work in assigned portfolio
Prepare site plans, master plans, specifications and cost estimates
Inspect landscape work to ensure that it adheres to original plans
Supervise and manage, when necessary, implementation by construction crews and subcontractors
Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors and subcontractors
Job Requirements
Exceptional level of detail with a willingness to learn and blend with a division high on culture and team
Minimum 3 years of experience with estate gardening, landscape design, and client interaction
Customer Service oriented and drive to maintain a portfolio of highly satisfied customers
Strong written and oral communication skills
High level of professionalism and the ability to represent the Back to Nature brand within the company and in the public eye
Preferred degree in Plant Science, Horticulture, Arboriculture, Soil Science, Landscape Contracting, Forestry, Turf, Biology, Plant Pathology, or equivalent field experience
Computer proficiency and ability to learn and utilize programs as necessary
Driver's License (required)
