JOB DESCRIPTION: Borst Landscape & Design is seeking a motivated and creative Landscape Designer Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and building lasting relationships with clients. Your expertise in landscape design will help clients visualize and realize their outdoor spaces, while your sales acumen will drive business growth and profitability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales and Brand Promotion:
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
- Promote company services and products to potential clients and follow up on leads.
Client Consultation:
- Meet with clients to assess their landscape needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on design options, materials, and plants suited for their projects
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong communication with clients and provide updates on project progress.
- Address any concerns or changes while ensuring customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Design, Horticulture, or a related field preferred
- 2-4 years of proven experience in Landscape Design and Sales
- Proficiency in landscape design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for landscaping, nature, and the environment
