What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Truck Operator position at MARIANNA'S FOOD TRUCK PARK?
2 Chiks Food Truck is immediately hiring for a Food Truck Linecook.
Food Truck Linecook Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests who approach the Food Truck
- Set Up. The line cook is responsible for preparing their stations before the start of each shift. The Line cook must make sure that all the supplies that will be needed are available and ready for use.
- Performing simple tasks such as stocking the truck with carry out boxes or food boats.
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Prepping Food. The line cook will be asked to prep food for service each day. This means chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces.
- Cooking. During a shift, the line cook is responsible for preparing the items for each order.
- Clean Up. At the end of a shift, the line cook is responsible for cleaning their station.
- Other duties as assigned
Skills Required:
- Good attitude, Humble, Enthusiast.
- Driver License.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Enjoy dealing with the public
- Great verbal communication skills
