We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Clerk. As a Clerk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, performing various administrative tasks, and assisting with sales and inventory management.
Duties:
- Assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and offer recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Receive and stock merchandise, ensuring proper pricing and labeling
- Assist with inventory management, including conducting regular stock checks and restocking shelves
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Skills:
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance and lawn care is preferred
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online selling is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
