Job Title: DevOps Engineer Location: Plano, TX and Jersey City, NJ Hybrid: 3 days onsite 2 days remote Duration: 12 Months with possible extension Job description:
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, deploying and managing applications on OpenShift clusters, and collaborating with development and Technical Infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and Ansible.
- Deploy and manage applications on OpenShift clusters, with expertise in Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure smooth deployment and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and optimize pipeline performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Work closely with clients and IT teams to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Ansible.
- Hands-on expertise in deploying and managing applications on OpenShift clusters.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with development and Technical Infrastructure teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
