Performs skilled maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs to enable proper operation of buildings, utilities, equipment, grounds and facilities.
Essential Functions
20% Monitors, maintains and performs more complex building maintenance repairs involving mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, life safety and energy management systems
20% Investigates repair issues and obtains trades services if necessary; coordinates and oversees work performed by external vendors
20% Performs preventative maintenance on cooling, water, heat, air, drainage and other infrastructure system
20% Responds to requests and complaints from work order system or emergency calls, and handles more complex complaints not resolved at a lower level
10% Keeps assigned tools and/or equipment in clean and safe working condition
10% Performs other duties as assigned
