Premier printing company in TN is very busy. The company is searching to hire an experienced Print Production Coordinator / Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities include :
- Act as a liaison between the customer, sales reps and the internal production teams.
- Oversee and manage the production of the job from order entry through shipping.
- Coordinate communication between the sales reps, customers and manufacturing teams.
- Satisfy the customer by delivering quality products with great services and value.
- Document, follow-up, and disciplined support of deadlines and communication are critical.
Qualifications include :
Starting salary range $55,000 - $65,000 company benefits, 401k and relocation assistance.
