Premier printing, fulfillment, and marketing company in MD is hiring a Sales Leader to join their management team. This is a newly created position.
Responsibilities include:
- Direct, train and mentor sales staff in the process and methods required to achieve company sales objectives.
- Engage in sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales.
- Attend sales calls with sales executives as needed.
- Help build business relationships in new markets.
- Hire, mentor, and build the sales team.
- Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program.
- Maintain relationships with personal accounts.
- Ability to sell a diverse product line including print and non print solutions.
Qualifications include:
- Minimum 5 years' sales leadership experience in the printing industry.
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years' sales experience in digital and offset printing.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Proven track record of developing and closing new business opportunities.
- Proven track record developing and nurturing a successful sales team.
- Experience developing sales programs and commission structures.
- Great communication, negotiating and closing skills.
- Team building skills.
- Strong business and marketing acumen.
- PC proficient.
