Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall dining experience of our guests. Duties

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage and sanitation practices.
• Participate in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes.
• Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
• Support the team during peak hours by efficiently managing tasks and maintaining a positive attitude.

Skills

• Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
• Experience in culinary arts or a background in the food industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in food preparation techniques, including chopping, cooking, and plating.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of menu planning and meal preparation processes.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
