Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $18.00- $23.00 per hr.

Responsibilities:
- Process warranty claims and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Communicate with manufacturers and vendors to resolve warranty issues.
- Maintain detailed records of all warranty transactions and claims.
- Assist customers with warranty inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely processing of warranty claims.
- Monitor warranty parts and ensure proper handling and storage.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding warranty inquiries.
- Utilize Xtime software for scheduling and managing service appointments.
- Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely processing of warranty claims.
- Prepare and submit warranty claims to manufacturers for reimbursement.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding warranty claims.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive warranty processing.
- Proficiency in using Xtime software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with DWOC and Dealertrack DMS is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary : $18 - $23
