We are growing and looking for motivated individuals to join our Heavy Duty Wrecker team with Marietta Wrecker, Marietta, GA.
The primary objective for a Heavy-Duty Wrecker Operator is to execute calls that are given by the Dispatch Department without delay. Providing excellent customer service to all Welchel Enterprises customers is our number one priority.
Provides heavy-duty towing services and covers for the following:
- Tractors
- Trailers
- Motor Homes
- Franck Tanks
- Boom Trucks
- Bob Tails
- Straight Trucks
- Buses
- Dump Trucks
- Garbage Trucks
- Cranes
- Others
Key Responsibilities
- Execute calls given by the Dispatch Department or direct Manager.
- Have knowledge and understanding of Welchel Enterprises customer base and rates.
- Provide service while having a sense of urgency and abiding all safety requirements.
- Provide accurate rates and mileage to customers.
- Ability to take direction from the Manager.
- Effectively study a map or use GPS to arrive at destination.
- Operate ALL equipment with care including washing/cleaning truck weekly.
- Thoroughly understand and abide by all safety standards.
- Ability to effectively handle pressure.
- Demonstrate responsiveness to requests from others and provide assistance when needed.
- Establish and maintain professional working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and
- the general public.
- Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance and adherence to relevant health and safety procedures.

Salary: $ 70,000 to $ 90,000 per year – Commissions
