- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products, ensuring shelves are replenished as needed.
- Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as necessary.
- Utilize basic math skills to process transactions and provide change accurately.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone with appropriate etiquette, ensuring all questions are addressed promptly.

Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
