Job Description
We are looking for a Civil Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general civil litigation, outstanding research and writing abilities, and a thorough understanding of the legal process.
In office – Monday - Friday
Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in civil litigation cases. Elder abuse experience highly preferred.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to effectively prepare and present cases.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests / responses, and settlement agreements.
- Provide legal counsel to clients and guide them through the litigation process.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues and legal support staff to ensure efficient case management.
Qualifications :
