JOB DETAILS
- Handle a very busy Front Office for a busy doctor with multiple phone lines and multiple doctor's schedules
- Welcome patients, check patients in, scheduling
- Collect payments and handle batching collections & credit card payment daily
- Provide callers with the benefits and details of concierge medical care
- In charge of Patient flow, filling schedule gaps and ensuring the schedule is maximized for doctor time and patient care
- Schedule procedures including paperwork and consents
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years consistent experience as a Front Office in a private medical practice
- EMR experience with ability to pick up new program quickly
- Experience with Meaningful Use very helpful!
- Prior experience working with multiple doctorsExperienced handling multiple phone lines effectively
- Ability to handle a fast pace with poise and professionalism
- Experienced at prioritizing multiple tasks, phones, check-ins
- Internal Medicine or Cardiology experience
REQUIRED
- Must have a strong understanding of medications
- Ideal candidates have experience in a “no insurance” or Concierge medical practice
- Polish in appearance, diction and written communication
- Ability to develop rapport with callers, explain the benefits of concierge medicine and secure appointments.
- Must be punctual, dependable, able to prioritize work with co-workers and have initiative to accomplish tasks with minimum direction
- Able and desire to commit to a long-term, permanent position without interruption
SCHEDULE, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Compensation ranges between $22-$25
- M-F 7:45a-4:15p - full time 40-hr work week
