Job Description
This role involves working as a lifeguard at our pool facility. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our patrons and responding to emergencies as needed.
Responsibilities
- Respond to emergencies and provide assistance to patrons in distress
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment
- Assist members with questions or problems and provide exceptional customer service
- Instruct aquatic exercise classes and other programs as assigned
- Perform daily chemical tests and maintain records as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current lifeguard certification (or equivalent)
- First Aid & CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification (or equivalent)
- Lifeguard Instructor certification (or ability to obtain within six months)
- Ability to verbally interact with staff, clients, and public
