- Conducting regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security threats.
- Implementing corrective actions to address identified security risks.
- Providing training and education to employees on information security best practices and HIPAA compliance.
- Monitoring and reporting on information security incidents and breaches.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and other relevant laws and standards.
- Experience with vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, contingency planning, and auditing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
