">This Staff Dentist role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Family Practitioner to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our dental department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Main Responsibilities
">- Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans, ensuring optimal outcomes.
- Perform routine check-ups, cleanings, and restorative procedures, adhering to the highest standards of clinical competence and compassion.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and effective teamwork.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices, applying new knowledge and skills to improve patient care and departmental performance.
Requirements and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A DMD/DDS degree from a dental school accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation of the ADA.
- A minimum of two years' experience post-residency as a general family practitioner in the private or public health sectors.
- CAD/CAM and Implant Placement experience is preferred.
- An Idaho State Dental License, DEA Registration, and Controlled Substance Registration eligibility.
