">This full-time position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting health and wellness programs, and maintaining a safe and clean recreation facility environment. Key responsibilities include managing pool deck/fitness floor/gym/front desk coverage assignments, monitoring activities to ensure compliance with facility policy and regulations, and communicating directly with members to determine needs and interests.
">Requirements:
">- A high school diploma or GED is required. Preference will be given to applicants with current lifeguard certification, previous instructor experience, current CPR certification, and/or Fitness Certification.
- Basic computer proficiency and demonstrated attendance history are also required.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
