Job Description
This is a highly specialized role that requires expertise in information privacy and compliance with regulations such as the HIPAA Privacy Rule and the HITECH Act.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an organization-wide Privacy Program to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
This includes providing guidance on the development and implementation of information privacy policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments and monitoring activities, and ensuring the proper handling and security of protected health information.
In addition, the individual will work closely with various departments and committees to ensure that all employees, volunteers, and third parties are aware of and comply with Marimn Health's privacy policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
