About the Role
- As a Healing to Wellness Court Program Coordinator, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and coordinating our Healing to Wellness Court program.
- This includes developing and managing short and long-term goals and priorities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and maintaining knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- You will work closely with our Director, Healing to Wellness Court Program Team, and other Tribal Departments to achieve program objectives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to maintain records and documentation of participant progress and program outcomes.
- Ongoing support and training will be provided to ensure the success of this critical role.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and coordinate the Healing to Wellness Court program.
- Develop and manage short and long-term goals and priorities for the program.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of compliance related to HIPAA, confidentiality, and patient rights.
- Provide case management support, including monitoring participant progress and compliance.
- Coordinate general health, behavioral health, and Wellbriety services for Healing to Wellness Court participants.
