Treatment / Appointment Coordinator :
We are looking for an enthusiastic, calm, positive treatment / appointment coordinator for our state of the art, fee for service, periodontal, and dental implant practice.
This role is responsible for keeping our busy schedule organized, efficient, and well-integrated with the practice systems (training will be provided). It also ensures that quality dental care is financially accessible to patients, communicates treatment plans, and determines the best financing options for recommended treatments. The treatment coordinator works closely with patients to navigate their treatment journey with us. Applicants should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing excellent patient care.
Job Type : Full-Time - Remote Position
Pay : $25.00 - $35.00 per hour.

Organizes and maintains a productive and smooth schedule based on our practice scheduling principles and systems.Prepares patient financial action plans and paperwork for treatment.Coordinates patient financial arrangements according to the financial policy.Maintains appropriate financial documentation, including signed financial agreements and consent formsMaintain detailed documentation of all communicationsPresents the treatment plan via phone and email communication, addressing all patient questions and concernsArranges the patient’s treatment-planning schedule and books all appropriate appointments.Monitors payments to ensure treatment financing is followed through appropriately.Review patient profiles to ensure all information is complete and accurate, including medical history, allergies, and insurance informationSubmit Pre-Determinations as requested by the patient and reviews with the patient upon receipt.Skills :
