What You'll Do:
Vehicle Acquisition: Identify, evaluate, and acquire used vehicles, from various sources such as auctions, trade networks, and online platforms.
Market Analysis: Monitor automotive market trends to determine vehicle values and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly.
Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, trade sources to ensure a high-quality inventory.
Negotiation: Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure the best pricing and deals, maximizing profitability while maintaining dealership standards.
Inspection & Appraisal: Inspect and appraise vehicles using industry tools such as Kelley Blue Book (KBB) and other market valuation guides.
Reporting & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, sales, and supplier interactions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure inventory aligns with customer demands and quality standards.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service when interacting with suppliers, sellers, and trade partners.
CRM Management: Utilize dealership CRM systems to track purchasing activities and supplier relations.
Travel: Limited travel required for auctions and vehicle acquisitions.
What You'll Bring:
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in buying used cars and attending auctions.
Technical Knowledge: Strong mechanical knowledge to assess vehicle repairs and conditions accurately; familiarity with technology-based platforms like V-Auto.
Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and secure profitable deals.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with suppliers and interact professionally with team members.
Professionalism: Energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to high standards and customer service.

Licensing & Compliance: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to pass a drug test and background check.
