Be part of a fun, dedicated team at Moose Landing Marina, where we're all about helping people discover the joys of boating! We're currently seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to join us. As part of our team, you'll greet customers, manage our boat inventory, and assist at boat shows. Your work will directly contribute to our customers' satisfaction, and you'll report to our General Manager of Sales.
Requirements:Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive, friendly demeanor.
- Greet customers and vendors as well as answer and direct incoming calls to the sales team.
- Work with the General Manager of Sales to ensure the showroom is well decorated, and POP item placement is optimal. Assist with pre-staging for client showings, pre-staging boats for showings, etc.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the front desk by keeping it organized and maintaining a professional appearance.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and bookings.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about products or services.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, invoices, sales reports, and monthly inventory reports
- Update and maintain customer records and sales databases.
- Coordinate order processing and follow up with customers on the status of orders.
- Assist with promotional activities, product launches, and marketing efforts.
- Prepare and organize sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Support sales representatives in managing customer relationships and responding to inquiries.
- Work with the Marketing Director to develop and maintain a promotional and content calendar.
- Work with the Sales Department to assist at in-person boat shows.
- Ensure boat shows are well stocked with necessary promotional materials and collaterals.

Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in business, sales, or office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or sales support role is a plus.
Computer skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Experience with Salesforce preferred. Ability to learn new platforms quickly.
