Registered Funds - Non-Partner Track Attorney - Remote or any U.S. office
Our client is a major international firm, seeking a non-partner track Attorney Specialist for its Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. This position is open in all U.S. locations, as well as to work remotely. The salary for this position is between $225,000 - $325,000 per year.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience supporting registered funds in working with mutual fund and ETF fund filings, new fund launches, reviewing/updating mutual fund registration statements and shareholder reports, reviewing/preparing mutual fund board materials and research related to 1940 Act matters.
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
