Litigation Associate - Cyber / Data / Privacy
Our client, a top Am Law 50 firm, is seeking a litigation senior associate or special counsel with at least 7 years of experience for its Cyber / Data / Privacy practice. Position can be based in any of the following offices : Chicago, New York, Washington DC, Chicago, or San Francisco.
The annual salary range for this position is $420,000 and will be dependent on a range of factors.
Qualifications :
- 7 years of substantial litigation experience with a focus on regulatory investigations or litigation involving consumer protection issues
- Must be well-versed in defending data privacy and security class actions
- Excellent client-interfacing, interpersonal and communication skills
- Impeccable analytical and writing skills
- Must be self-motivated and proactive; but also team-focused
- Strong academic credentials
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Salary : $420,000
