Employee Benefits Associate (ECEB) - Chicago
Our client, an Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking an associate to join their Employee Benefits practice group in Houston or Chicago.
The estimated salary for this position is $225,000 and $310,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of experience with ERISA and employee benefits, including qualified plans, multi-employer pension plans, health and welfare plans and ACA compliance
- M&A and/or restructuring experience within the employee benefits practice area
- Candidates with experience in related areas, such as tax or labor/benefits related advising, consulting or accounting will also be considered
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Membership in the state bar for the market where you are applying, or the ability to become barred in that state
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Salary : $225,000 - $310,000
