Healthcare Associate Attorney - Boston
Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join their Health Care practice group in Boston, Massachusetts.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of legal experience in health care transactions and investigations, including 3 years of experience with: Drafting and reviewing health care regulatory representations and warranties, coordinating due diligence efforts to provide reports to prospective purchasers, and working on a variety of corporate transactions for health care clients; Providing analyses and risk assessments to clients under applicable health care regulatory rules and regulations; Reviewing, analyzing and providing guidance regarding complex Medicare, Medicaid, value-based care, risk-based organization, insurance, and programs related to government reimbursement for the provision of health care services; Reviewing, analyzing and providing guidance regarding telehealth and telemedicine laws and implications of corporate practice fee splitting laws; Advising clients on compliance with HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules, state related privacy laws, and representation of clients in connection with Office of Civil Rights enforcement actions.
- 2 years of experience with: Coordinating teams of colleagues to effect corporate transactions and regulatory investigations.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree, Master of law (LLM), or foreign equivalent
- Must be member of the Massachusetts State Bar
