Labor & Employment Associate - Dallas
Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of experience to join their Labor & Employment Practice Group. This position is based in the firm’s Dallas, Texas office.
Qualifications :
- 3-6 years of experience in a mix of employment or other complex litigation defense, including class and representative actions and single-plaintiff actions, traditional labor law, and / or employment counseling
- Order of the Coif, law review, or clerkship experience is a plus
- Strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to work as part of a team across offices, in a growing and thriving practice
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to the Texas state bar (or ability to become admitted)
